maybe you are sleepping too much .... i think you should be eating a good breakfast and do some physical activity drink water..!! lots of water...

You might wanna ask your doc. Oversleeping and still feeling tired are signs of sleep apnea, a serious condition where your body is not getting enough oxygen when u are sleeping.

Go to the gym to exercise - it will boost your energy. Also, try to get a hobby, get excited about something in your life. Don't forget to get your annual physical examination. Things like low thyroid and low iron can cause tiredness.

i have the same problem. some people have suggest insomnia, lack of nutrients/steady eating habit, and/or sleep apnea. good luck and let me know if you hear of anything different~happy sleeping!

when you get up do some stretching and liight exercise, that will give you a energy boost, because of the increased bloodflow
