I have a very strong addiction to computer games. The addiction is so bad now that I would have to give up breathing before I give up gaming.

I think there is a GA (Gamblers Anonymous) phone number - no idea what it is.

Shame there isn't a Gamers Anonymous phone number to ring maybe then I wouldn't turn into a right bit_ch if I had to go 48 hours without gaming

promote responsible gambling. However once the new gaming laws come into force next year they will have a hard time coping with the number of addicts!

Not any more.

You just have to go cold turkey but its hard.

To help - dirty all your clothes and only keep clean some old shorts and t-shirts so that you wouldnt be allowed in any way. lol

I realised my addiction too late and im still being punished stopping is the best thing you will ever do.

GOOD LUCK

I don't but my ex- husband does. He lost everything. His wife, his kids, his house and he still does it and still is in denial that he does anything wrong... It's really sad. I feel sorry for him and others.
