Here is my experiment. I would like to do the following:
1) State that I'm an atheist on Yahoo answers.
2) Challenge all the theists most basic beliefs.
3) Attach all their fingers to some sort of electrical generators.
4) Sit back and watch them type endless pages of scripture, thus creating gobs of free energy!
5) Periodically re-incite them by denying the existence of god, satan, everlasting life, hell, blah, blah, blah.
Note: this question is a test bed... lets see if I'm on to something.

you will find out at the end what the truth is. i would rather live my life as if there is God and Jesus, then live my life like there wasn't.

Atheism is a belief and a very fundamentalist one at that. You believe there is NO GOD. An agnostic like myself can take the scientific approach and say such a thing as GOD is a non-science and can't be known either way. There is, in my view, more spiritual scope in being an agnostic because living well in right relationship with others, the enviroment, and ourselves is done because of it's own intrinsic value for growth etc. It is not because of some reward.
