try and "save" non-Christians because they are concerned about other people....or simply because they desperately need others to justify their beliefs.

Hello friend,
You ask a fair question.

For some, you may be correct. Others may just be trying to get or gain followers to a certain religious movement for the sake of money, or ego.

But now, let me just say as for myself, I have no church for you to join, nor do I want your money.

I'm too old to have any ego or aspirations of power left, so why would I care if you gave your heart to Jesus?

It is simple, you can't love, until you've been loved. And then you can only love to the degree to which you have been loved. And dear friend, I have been loved by the One who created everything
and even gave His life for me that I may be with Him forever.

And I would desire to share that love with you so you too could experience His love and know that He wants so much for you to come to Him and rest in His arms.

I only gain a brother or sister in Paradise if I tell them about my Savior and they too accept His loving Grace. All else is in God's hands. I won't push you, neither will He.

Blessings,
2 Tim. 2:7

They desperately need others to justify their beliefs. Of course, most of the answers are going to come from the brainwashed Christians who starts to quote some random part of the Bible and say things that make them seem as if they're "nice". Don't ask these kind of questions on Yahoo! answers. You'll only get biased answers (including this one).

In response to your question: christians are instructed by GOD'S Word to share the Gospel with those who chooses to hear & follow it for one thing, and yes, many of them are very concerned about other people...that's the Love of GOD!.....And NO!. to your second question, christians are not desperate for others to justfy their beliefs...you got christians mixed up with the World System!....There are so many things going on in this world today that many Non-believers need others to justify their different beliefs and that Envolves Just About Everything!!!!

trying to LEAD others into salvation... if we didn't care about you we wouldn't waste our time. In 2000 they recorded to be 159 million christians in USA, and 5 out of 6 americans say they are christian, so it's not a desperate act of trying to find people to justify our faith, but its because just like we were told once the word of God, and came to the knowledge of Gods love and forgiveness, we want everyone to know as well, so that you too may know the fullness of the love of God, and not spend eternity without Him.

I cannot speak for others. As for myself, I believe that the depth of eternal torment is proportional to the depth of sin, just as the rewards of faith are proportional to the faith.

I know just how much of God's wrath I deserve for the evil in my heart, therefor I also know how great a gift His forgiveness and salvation are. I need nothing from any man, for my sufficiency is in Christ.

Now, straight up, sometimes I share the Gospel because I'm moved with compassion, and sometimes I do it only because God tells me to. Either way, God tells me to, so whether my heart is right or not, I will obey God.

And for the record - Christian's cannot 'save' anyone, they can only tell them where to find the Savior.

They NEED others to justify their beliefs and fear of death. Almost like assuring themselves 100% that their way is the right way and the ONLY way.

Are you trying to justify your pathetic little beliefs by asking this question?

Jehovah's Witnesses sincerely want to help.. They don't gain anything from preaching; they aren't paid, it is sometimes an inconvenience, but it is entirely a volunteer service, yet they do it because they have a genuine love for their fellowman.

Christians can't save anyone, only Jesus saves. It is our love for god and our fellow man that leads most of us to pointing out people's only chance.
