I am sorry that you cannot imagine a God Who has both love and compassion for His creation. That is very sad for you.
I hope that one day, maybe, you will.
But, you know, I have the feeling that WHEN the time comes and you really ARE standing face to face with Jesus Christ...you won't be talking quite so big, or so loud.

Almost everyday I look into the clouds for Jesus' second coming. I know it has to come soon, too many prophcies in the Bible have come to pass. All science has ever done is prove the Bible correct.

Imagine a perfect God. Sin cannot be in His presence. He's surrounded by His son and His angels, all in Heaven Love Him. He's longing for a people that have free will and will choose to love Him in return. So Jesus comes up to Him and says, "Hey Dad, I know you want someone to love you. So why don't you create a people just the way you want. Show them how wonderful you are and how much you love them. If they mess up I will go down to them and bridge the gap for them to come back to you."

God is a perfect and just God. He is not a respecter of persons. What He does for one He will do for all. The same laws He lays down for one is the same law for all. What kind of all powerful, loving God would change His mind depending on the situation? God wrote out the law. The same law that binds us is the same law that binds Him. He can do nothing apart from His word. If He strayed from His word why would we trust Him?

Same thing with our children. If we aren't consistent with them they learn not to trust us. God laid out His plan in His word. He told us how to do it. God gave us the: gameplan, blueprint, treasure map, the BIBLE, however you want to say it, God told us about it. He can do nothing apart from His word. When you tell your child not to touch the eye of the stove and he does it anyways, he gets hurt. If the child keeps touching the eye knowing that it will hurt what can you do? The child has free will. God can't make us follow Him, we have to choose Him. And for your future knowledge: He gives everyone plenty of chances to choose Him. He told us in Deuteronomy 30:19
This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live

I hope you choose Him. Jesus is coming again, we may or may not see that day, and even if we don't, we will have to give an account for our lives here. Justice is justice.

Below is a great website for answers concering the Christian faith. I'm not talking catholic faith, I'm talking true Biblical Christ Faith.

u havent studied the bible very well have ya? the crucifiction was prophecied, and Jesus already knew what He had to do. Jesus said that If He were a King on this earth, His disciples or followers wouldnt be sleeping while He told them to stay awake and keep watch. When He comes back again, satan will go to hell, and Jesus will be King of the Earth as well as everywhere else. for more info, u could try reading the bible for yourself too. do i get 10 pts for giving you an answer u didnt want to get again :)

Ok,I will answer the question.I would do neither.I would ask him politely to prove who he is,then faint from the shock. Then I would ask what the point of sacrifice was.I mean,if I were in that situation(God,that is),that means I would be the one making the rules, right? So I just wouldn't say that my child had to be sacrificed for humanity.I would say humanity had to...I don't know, dance naked in the moonlight during the first quarter moon, and we'd call it even.I don't know why God needed bloodshed to get him to accept his own creation. That's where I stand on it.The fact that God supposedly had a little ha-ha on Abraham when he told him he had to sacrifice HIS only son wasn't very nice at all. What is it with the whole "if you have only one son,he must die" thing?

If the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to you today, you would be like the apostle John when He saw Him. When He comes back the next time He is coming to judge and make war. All you will be doing is asking for mercy. He will not look like He did when He rode in on a donkey. When John saw Him he fell over as dead. Revelation 1: 14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; Revelation 1: 15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. Revelation 1: 16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. Revelation 1: 17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

first of all...im sorry for all your annomosity.. but you are looking at jesus and the crusifixtion through a narrow minded human view. most people do. thats why i understand why you would feel the way you do. jesus was trying to teach us a very different spiritual point that all the men decided to downplay. they make a big deal about trying to compare word to word but are not grasping the true meaning. i myself, although being a buddist understand the cosmic role jesus played on the earth. but he was not the only enlightned being sent here. i suggest you read a book that has changed the way i view my entire life. it is the conversations with God series. by neale donald walsch. blessings to you

I beleive that God had a plan when creating the world and everyone, and everything on it..Christ Jesus was obeying his Father, God... If Christ had come down from the cross, we would not be here...Everything that happens here ,is by God's design..The good and the bad!..what would I do if God appeared at this moment?.. I would bow down and worship Him.

I think you may have a twisted and unfactual story in your head about this matter with Jesus Christ.
If he comes to earth again and you meet him, just nod you head and keep on going. Violence begets violence and meaness begets meaness. You must have the intellectual capacity to see the wisdom of courtesy.

It's all mythology to me.

Well I saw the thing coming out of the sky
It had one long horn and one big eye
I commenced to shakin' and I said oo-wee
It looks like a purple people eater to me
It was a one-eyed one-horned flying purple people eater
Sure looks good to me
