This guy i like hasnt made a move i don't know if he likes me and my friend says that he is a shy person. He sends me e-mails, well they are test to take on tickel.com, but im not sure that he is into me.

of course he's intp you. He is taking the time so send you the stupid things. Obviously cause he is thinking of you. Otherwise he wouldn't bother. Send him some normal e-mails and see if he responds different.

when he speaks to you his words get jumbled he seems unsure and nervous around you if hes sending emails instead of actual face to face convo he probably is very shy meaning you might have to make the first move send him an email about a movie thats coming out ask him if he want to go see it with you if he just wants a friendship its cool after all friends can still go to the movies together right.

lol i can relate because i am a shy guy, try to reach for his hand make a move on him, um ask him lol. when i like a woman i buy them a drink but then im in that age group. if he is playful with you as in grade school tosses things at you pinches you 3 year old stuff then he likes you but wont say it. thats not always the case though if you like him but not sure then just try to hold his hand and find out

He likes you. Go for it, because a shy guy (and I know because I am one) will never make the first move. But once you make it obvious you like him he will open up to you, so don't worry about that.

First you need to flirt with him... If he flirts back then he likes you. Then you should get to know him then after a while and you still like him ask him to go wtih the movies with you and then after that go to dinner or lunch then tell him how you feel about him and maybe he feels the same way about you.

if you see him in person just start saying hi, and make small talk with him; like how are you, how is your day going, etc.
i remember being that shy guy once. all it took was once special person with a few hello's to make me come out of my shell.

gurl tell him he doesnt need to be shy, dont ask him that if he like u that is just plain inbrusing just send ur friend 2 ask him if he like u, that the best thing i would do.

Shy people rely on jestures to show they like you. If you are getting more attention lately it may be his way of telling you he likes you.

Tell him how much you enjoy his emails, but you would rather enjoy his company. You'll find out if he's shy friendly or not interested.
