When should you get a period after a miscarriage? I miscarried on July 3, and was curious as to when to expect it. On July 19 & 20 had little spotting and having cramps since.

My cycle is usually about 21-25 days.

I'd imagine after a month or so.
Here's my experience: At the time of my miscarriage 6 years ago, my cycles were 38 days long. Exactly 38 days after my miscarriage my period started again.
I never had cramps or spotting after that, though...you'd probably want to see a doctor about that.

i think it takes 1-3 months but you can always call your gyn/obgyn to ask

if you are worried go to the doctor, im not sure any of us could really determine whats going on .
