I can relate.. 100 percent. We all get like that from time to time.. Sometimes I get like that for no reason.. I call it my cry time. Sometimes little things gets on my nerves when other times it just flows thru me uneventful. So.. its ok. to let the tears roll out. It makes you all puffy in the face and sometimes you almost get dehydrated.. but it does make you feel better in the end. I think I have about 2 cry days a month. So.. let it out and tomorrow you will feel better. And if you ever have a need to talk things thru. just email me. I might not can help the specific problem. however I do listen well. Good Luck.

Since Adam and Eve we are meant to go thru life in a never ending struggle to achieve whatever goals we have set our minds to achieve.
Anger and Frustration will constantly follow us, throw themselves in our path to make us fall, and then it is OK to cry, to shout and to feel as if all our efforts are in vain. And after reaching the bottom, knowing full well, we can not go any deeper, then there is no other way than up. Like the Phoenix you will live again from the ashes of despair. And like the Eagles you will start a new.
It will be a very painful and difficult task, but the rewards are astounding. Do not give in.

I am in the exact same mood right now. I wish that i could be of more service to you, and help you, but i am trying to get out of my own depression. The only wors that come to mind are a story. I have heard of an eastern monarch who once charged his wise men to invent him a sentence which should be true and appropriate at all times and situations. They presented him with the words "And this, too, shall pass away."

I understand what you are talking about. I had one of those days recently and I felt better after I talked about my problems. Is there something going on right now in your life? Talk it out and you will feel better. If that does not work watch a funny movie. Have you seen Tommy Boy? Watch that. It will cheer you up!

always remember that you're not the only who one who's feeling that way. whatever it is that's bothering you, there are others who have problems that are bigger than yours and they are coping with their problems and losses the best way they can, and you shoukd too. scream if you want to scream. it would make you feel better and would put a smile on your face. also, you should pick up a hobby. pick up the guitar and try turning those problems into something positive. it works for me. cheer up, k? :)

I find that my moods get more down if I eat too many carbs. It's wierd, but I've talked to several others who get this as well.
I also found I have a hidden wheat allergy, which might explain some of it.
