Ok. I have very long curly hair, naturally curly, and its down to my shoulders. My hair is the type of hair that frizzes when dry and gets very poofy, not to mention that my hair is very thin. The only type of thing that I can do that I know of to calm my hair down is to use gel, which I use L.A. Looks Lv. 10 My hair comes off very easily when I shower and I dont know what to do, as I was told that if I keep using gel, that I am gonna go bald, as supposely it will damage the folicles in my head or something like that. What Is another thing that I can use to calm my hair and stop it from frizzing??? HELP!!! As I want to keep my hair like this and I do not want to go bald!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Infusium Hair deep conditioner will work wonders for you. Get their intensive 5 minute defrizz treatment/conditioner (white bottle, dark red cap and lettering, looks upside down). I use this every time I wash my hair and I have super frizzy hair!! Since I started using this, I have thrown away my mousse and gel-they have it at any wal mart in the shampoo section. All of their product with the dark red cap are for frizzy hair. If you still need help, try "zero frizz" -cheaper than Frizease, and works a lot better : )

I have curly hair too and I use BioSilk - Silk Therapy by Farouk. They sell it at Salons. I love it, it works great! Costco sometimes has it too. As for your hair falling out, I have thin hair sheds alot. Is that what's going on or is it worse than that? If it is I would talk to a good hairstylist or your doctor to find out if something else might be causing this.

Please visit an experienced hairdresser and ask hiom/ her. Actually him would be better, so that this person can relate on some level.
After that, I'd say shave your head down short every 2 weeks or so.
If you are going bald, then it will be easier to accept if you shave it, not all if you aren't comfy with that, but I love when my husband shaves it real close.

use garnier fructise-sleek and shine, my hair was really frizzy, and that calmed it down, also use the hair oil from them, put a little in each morning. It keeps hair not very frizzy all day!
