Yeah, you can breathe through your nose.
And take short breaks (a couple seonds) every 20 seconds or so to catch your breath... if you need to.

don't feel bad about being 15 and never been kissed...I am 29 and I have never been kissed...hoping to change that tomorrow night when I see the guy I really like.
