The short answer is maybe.

the longer answer could be much more complex. Now while I am no Doctor, I have had some medical training. If you feel fatigued most of the day you could be suffering from a number of ailments. Not the least of which may be anemia. You may want to consider seeing a physician about this. They may run some blood work and do a test or 2 just to make sure nothing is wrong.

However, fatigue could be a number of things that are very minor such as: Poor diet, Vitamin deficiency, side effects of medications, or even just stress.

Best advice, since you are asking and seem concerned is to see a doctor just to talk it over with him or her.

a 15 minute nap is called a power nap and is as good as a 2 hour nap. Anything more will make you more tired.

No. Studies show that naps actually help increase brain activity and awareness, as long as you dont nap for more than 30 minutes.

If the total time you are sleeping during the day is not excessive (more than 9 or 10 hours?) then don't worry. If you are sleeping more than 10 hours a day, every day, then talk to your doctor.
