Between 120lb and 150lb would be a healthy weight for your height. HTH.

According to your height and age, anywhere from 105 to 155 lbs is healthy. Of course, don't you think that 105 is a little thin...? Unless you've talked to your doctor about it, though, it shouldn't be a concern.

well i am not 16, but i have a 16 year old sister and she is 5'7, and she is about 115, but she is long legged, and skinny. it just depends on your body type??cause i am 23, big boned and 5'8 and i stay around 160-170.

my best friend is a little taller than that and she's 120 and way skinny. it's almost gross but it depends on you and you're body type and other things. but you shouldn't be too worried about it unless your doctor says anything or you see one if your not happy with your body.

The weight that you are... just don't worry about it unless your doctor is suggesting something.
