I have a 32 day cycle - always have. And my period always lasts 7 days. On or off the pill.
I recently went back on the pill (this wil be my 3rd month) .
I missed nearly all the first week's pills (July 3rd -9th) due to not being back in the habit of taking them. My husband and i did have unprotrected sex during and after this time.
I then took all the 2nd and 3rd weeks pills. My period came 26 July, (on time) it was very light, and brown in colour (sorry tmi) which is weird for me. I never spot before my period. The second day was clear CM with reddish/pink bits. (spotting) The third and last day was brown/clear, only when i wiped. Does this sound like implantation bleeding? There was no clotting during this period/bleeding. i've done pregnancy tests (fortel extra) and they have all come back negative. I dont know if i've tested too early or what. The thing is, I'm a bit confused to when i would/should have ovulated. Can any one help me? Please no harsh answers

My last period started on 25th June - if that helps.

When should i test again? Or should i just wait to see if i get my next period? I'm a little paranoid cuz i have a few pregnancy symptoms such as: nausea, light headed, fatigue, gone off certain foods, and slight cramping (even after period).

Well, if you missed the first week, you were completely unprotected during the month, so it could be implantation bleeding. If we can assume that you ovulate when you should, you should have ovulated on July 10th, but with the pill mix up, who knows. Now, if it was implantation bleeding, you should be getting a positive test, but not everybody makes enough HCG to make the test positive at the beginning of a pregnancy-so, unfortunately, you should probably see the doctor.

When I used to take pills, I would sometimes screw them up and things like spotting would happen to me. The best advice I can give is to go to your doctor and have a blood test if you think you may be pregnant. Blood tests can tell if you're pregnant a lot sooner than the OTC ones. If you're not, ask to get on a birth control method that you don't have to think about so much, such as the shot or patch. If you are, best of luck!

well it can be coming from the pill because you went off of your regular schedule but on the other hand when I got pregnant with my second child I had been on the pill for five months. I had a very short spotty period not just one I had two so it can be several things if you took a test and it was neg. they usually show with in two to three weeks but they have some that show with in like five days but they cost a pretty Pennie.

I would suggest, before continuing to take your birth control pills that you see a doctor for an early detection pregnancy test (blood test) and a pelvic exam just to be on the safe side. Pregnancy may not be the problem, it could be something else. I would also suggest you and your husband use condoms during sex to prevent any unwanted or untimely pregnancies. Your health IS important, so please, go and see your OBGYN.

Contact your gyn with this question. There is no charge by phone. But I think they will tell you to stop taking the pill, take a pregnancy test, and if all is well, start the pills again on your next cycle.

Not to be rude, but these are concerns and questions that should be talked over with your doctor.
Most of the people on here have NO medical background and are only telling you what they 'Googled' 5 seconds ago.
Call your MD if you have questions, it's the safest and smartest option.

FOR THIS QUESTION YOU SHOULD GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR SINCE YOU ARE NOT ON A 28 DAY CYCLE. MOST OF THE TIME ITS 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR PERIOD THAT YOU ARE OVULATING. YOUR BEST BET IS TO GO SO YOUR DOCTOR FOR THESE TYPE OF QUESTIONS THOUGH.

Hmm....with it being your 3rd month back on it, I would say wait another few weeks.. and re-test...with the CM..I would say that there is a possibility of being PG...although IF you stress about it...it won't come...
