They are possibly not worms but maggots(fly larvae). Bathe her foot in Epsom salt and water , pat dry and see the vet tomorrow,there is obviously some type of infection that is going on and you need antibiotics.Let me know.

one word............. MAGGOTS
Alot of times flys will get into the dogs fur and maggots will appear, but most usually the flies go for stinky infection and get into the sore.
GET THE DOG TO THE VET. DO NOT COVER THE WOUND, the maggots will be trapped inside. Pour some peroxide on the wound to help clean it out and get vet care immediately.

If they are maggots, then the injury happened a day or so ago. Was the pup outside during the day after the injury??????
If it is maggots, get to the vet ASAP!!!! They eat a LOT of tissue!! Some maggots only eat infected tissue, but others will eat all tissue!!!!!!!

they are maggots! eating the dead flesh around the wound. wash the wound and put neosporin and bandage it. OR vet the dog and let them do it. now!!!! they are EATING off your dog. MAGGOTS! flies lay eggs on boo boo's that are not cleaned.

sounds like maggots. she may have a deep wound (bloody) and the flies got to it.
take her to the vet and get it cleaned and get meds.
