i really like that guy but i've seen him just once , because he's in military , and he's always busy i don't know if that is because he's not interesting in see me or what , but i talk to him online everyday , he says he likes me and he knows i like him too but he don't ask me out and i can't wait no more i'm single and i want a boyfriend , i don't know what to do please guys help me !

The more you throw yourself at him, the more he'll know you are desperate for a guy in your life. Chances are he'll take advantage of that and walk all over you.
Don't be afraid to ask a guy out, but maybe not this one. He sounds like a player to me. Move on until you find a guy willing to make a move, not just b.s. online.
Why are you so hard up for a boyfriend anyway? You're young, enjoy the single life and have some fun! You shouldn't be dependent on some guy to make you feel complete. Go out with the girls and laugh it up. Date around with two or three guys until you find a good one. Don't be so quick to strap yourself to a boyfriend just because you think everybody else has one! I'm not saying you need to sleep around, but dinner and a movie never hurt anyone.

Anymore guys are just as afraid of rejection as girls are its a serious hit to our pride so id say yeah if you really want a bf and you think you could be happy with him ask him out (but specify somewhere offline) meet in person on get less digital

You need to find the confidence that is within you. There is no need to be in a hurry to have a boyfriend. There could be a reason why you are alone at this time. Maybe to see who you are inside. What is it about you that make you love yourself first. You do not need anyone to validate who you are. When you find your purpose on this earth, Love will find you.

Ask yourself...is this really what you want? Can you handle not seeing him because of his chosen profession? And if the answer is yes, then go for it! The worst that can happen is that he says not right now. It's okay if that happens because then maybe it wasn't meant to be.

Well if I were you, I wouldn't ask him out cuz then you would like NEVER see him and you would NEVER get to like just hang out or go on a date or anything like that. But if you really like him are really want a bf that much then I would say go for it. You should just follow your instincts.
