What will happen to me in court? Probation or jail?

Depends how good your lawyer is and what your definition of "evading" is. If you just took a while to pull over you'll probably just get a small fine and probation, if you were running away from the cops and drove for ages you're in serious trouble!!

If its your first offense you will probably get probation. However, you deserve jail time for not cooperating and wasting the arresting officer's time, the court system's time, and the state's money! Fool, what do you think, this is a big joke. Inaddition to a hefty fine I would give you a good caining,
