try a British grocery store.

Worcestershire was created by British soldiers who had been stationed in India, after they returned to England. they like the tasty food/spices/sauces and wanted to introduce them to England.

So Worcestershire is a mix of ingredients - some that are easy to get in England, some that were imported from India - like tamarind.
so it is possible that many thin, dark Indian sauces could be used in place of Worcestershire sauce.
