Although they are both acceptable, I think Vanilla is the cutest! Ivory kind of sounds like a name a granny would name her cat.

I think you should name her Ivory. Why? Because if you ever get a black cat then yiu can call it Ebnoy. I have a white cat also her name is Whitney & my black cats name is Salem. I also have a tiger cat named Sly.
