When you take the moral high ground, you get to throw the big rocks.
Doing the wrong thing, hurting other people, acting overly-selfishly, you lose the moral high ground and people use your past against you. People know this; so when they do wrong, they worry about getting found out.
And the truth always comes out.

An illness is caused by MENTAL problems such as stress & worry rather than the physical problems So, the mnd & the body are inter-related.
When your heart is pure, you don't have thoughts, feelings, intentions, actions that are MEAN & DIRTY & IMPURE.
Mind is the index of the heart.
So your mind reflects what your heart possesses. I
The mind too become pure without any negative thoughts without stress or worry & the like. THE MIND EVENTUALLY BECOMEs POSITIVE, HEALTHY & CLEAR!

well friend i think this is not the correct sentence it goes like this "WHEN YOUR HEART IS SURE , YOUR MIND IS CLEAR"
it means when u take some decision by heart u have to be sure about that decision then only u will feel satisfy mentally in doing that job !!!
