You know, it isn't that you are Mexican and should go back to your country so much as you should become a legal and go through all the right channels to get a job legally.
Think about this. If you were a legal immigrant then you have the same rights as an American worker. That means you get the same pay, same benefits and rights. By doing the job that we won't do you are allowing people to take advantage of you and that's just plain stupid. We don't want that here and we don't really like people who are illegal to be here either.
To swim across the river and climb a barbed wire fence and take an illegal job is extreme. Hell not everyone makes it. Come through legal channels and earn respect. Sneak in die trying and we can't respect you for that.

We were either born here, or someone in the past did the work to become legal citizens, or married a legal citizen. Those are the rules that we follow.
There are rights here that you aren't getting because you are illegal, that isn't fair to you. Since many of those rights have to do with labor laws, companies take advantage of you because they don't have to pay you a decent wage, they don't have to let you have breaks, they don't even have to keep you safe on the job. So they hire you, mistreat you, and a United States citizen who has these rights is either unemployed or forced to put up with these working conditions.
You DON'T take jobs that others don't want, you take the work that MY HUSBAND does.
He is worth $18+ per hour, but the boss hires an illegal and pays them $5 or $6 for the same work.
Can't you see? If you were LEGAL you would get $18+ per hour NOT $5 or $6. My hubby doesn't mind loosing out to a better man, but he really hates it when he looses out to a guy who gives his skills away!
STOP giving your skills away!!! Get Legal and get paid a fair wage, get your breaks, work where it is safe!
Otherwise get the heck out so that my husband can get paid what he is worth!
and By the way, Both my Grandmothers families were here before the Mayflower.

Sorry this is a sovereign nation it is called the United States of America. We built this country not Mexicans especially the ones that are coming over now. It is our constitution and our laws, and they are breaking the law by crossing out border with out permission. My roots go deep into this country back to the 1600 so don't tell me this is not my country, my family has fought in just about every war. So stop believing your stupid Mexican activists. This country was settled by the British fleeing a repressive country looking for religious freedom. Their were no laws back then and no immigration laws, so stop bring up something that did not exist back then. If you are born here you are an American if you are not born here, and you come here illegally you are breaking the law. What about that don't you understand. Mexicans that are born in Mexico are Mexicans do you understand that. DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM you can't be that stupid. THIS IS NOT THEIR COUNTRY.

I understand what you are saying and where you are coming from. But it isn't "AMERICAN'S" disliking Mexicans, it's the fact that so many Mexican's come here illegaly. It's just like with any nationality, do it the right legal way and you will have just as much of a right here as we do. Now the other problem that I have is the fact that where I live (AZ) It is very difficult to get a job unless you speak Spanish. There are so many jobs that I am over qualified for but since i don't fluently speak Spanish I am over looked. Well that isn't right, this is America, we speak English. If you are going to come here you should as well. I just don't think that it is fair that we accomidate illegal's. Do you see?

First off, if you are going to ask a question on here, try using spell check and proper grammar. It's not that difficult.
The reason Americans want Mexicans out is because you haven't done anything with your country. Americans have built up the United States (or smart enough to pay someone to). It's kind of like wanting to move to a newer, nicer home (because you've run your crap-shack into the ground), but without doing any of the work for it.

I personally don't feel that way at all., but those that do its because they are pist at the mexicans for taken our jobs from men who need to feed their own families., and its like America is putting more and more money out to help other countries when they cant take care of their own is all.. Alot of people will always hold grudges against the mexicans and others for this. Sorry, but thats just the way it is here.

It is normal for anyone to wish for a better life. Mexican people only want better opportunities to provide for their families. I live in a Hispanic community in the Dallas area. There are many so-called illegal immigrants here. Mexican people are very hard working, family oriented, respectful of their neighbors and community, and responsible. They do not abandon their children for the government to support. My Hispanic neighbors are happy, friendly, and productive. It is true that all Americans are descended from immigrants. However, I believe the issue involves the methods employed by some. Other immigrants entered the states legally. They did not just run (or sneak) across the border. They also took time to learn the language of their new country and honored it's laws and traditions with respect. To live and work in America means to be an American. I have come to the states from Thailand. I do not expect Americans to become Thai for my convenience. I am very proud of my permanent residency status and I have worked very hard for it. I love the United States of America and her people, laws, and tradtions. I am grateful for the freedom and opportunities America gives. God Bless America!

I think it's fine if you came to the USA legally. I couldn't just sneak into Japan & start working & have that country happy that I bring all of my family / friends to start working for less & take all of thier jobs! I would have to get legal papers in any other county, so why should it be different here? Would you want a bunch of people from Iraq / Iran to come over & take all of the low paying jobs so the mexicans have no jobs left? I bet the answer is NO! They have it MUCH worse over in Iraq than the Mexicans do in mexico! Since they are getting shot at everyday & who knows what else! Also, why don't we just let in all the people from Isreal, Lebanon, Korea, Africa, & every other county with hardships? You know, everybody cannot fit here, so if we let one county in without papers, why not everyone?
Just get legal papers & this madness will stop!

I have no problem with honest hard working Mexicans who come here to earn a living. It's the ones who don't take the initiative to follow our rules and live by our laws that give Mexicans a bad name. Of course you want a job like everyone else, we'd like nothing more than for you to have one. We'd also like you to be legit about it. Do you have a green card? How are you getting to work? Do you have a drivers license? Do you have auto insurance? When you get to where you work can American people understand you or do we have to be bilingual? Where are your kids when you're at work? Is someone watching them, are they at school or are they roaming the streets free? Do you smile or say hi or chat with someone you meet no matter where they're from? Americans want respect. You should be grateful our government is nice enough to let you come here and work in the first place. Be nice and show respect and you will get respect back I guarantee it.

The problem is with illegal immigrants. How fair is it to people in Bosnia, or other countries that are repressed, but don't have the option of paying someone to take them across the border. If you want to be here fine. Do it the right way. Study..become a citizen..pay taxes. Do what everyone else has to do in order to become an American. I don't hate Mexicans, I have several friends from Mexico. I think that they should have to come to America the same way everyone else does. Also, please learn English, and cover up the flag of Mexico with one of America, if you want to be here so bad show some pride in AMERICA.
