Listen to your parents. They have rules for a reason. You will have plenty of time to date when you get older and trust me - it's not fun! Just hangout in a group and have fun - you don't have to go on a "date" to enjoy each others' company.

Set up something with a few of yours and his friends, a party or pinic, or a game, frisbee, skating something like that, during the day, that way you can see each other most of the day. then invite him over to eat dinner with you and your folks, ask them first, and him make sure he wants to do it too. then you can watch a movie together or something like that.....you didnt say how young you are, Im guessing around 15, by 16 you should be allowed to go out on a actual date, but only to certain places...if your parents won't let you date and you are over 17, then u got a problem, your parents dont trust you, then u gonna have to sneak around behind their backs, that is dangerous and is living a lie, try not to do this, talk to your parents and prove to them that you are old enough to date....then just be careful and don't be in too much of a hurry to grow up..

Youre parents may not be up to "date " on styles and such with youre age group but they know 10 times more than you when it comes to facts about men and women. Thats a subject thay has always been the same. Trust the people that really care for you not the ones that really "want" you for just enough time to ruin youre life!

well, if u can prove ur mature enough ur parents might change their mind. if theyre not the kind of parents that would do that, try hanging out with friends, and being a couple together anyway. its not the most romantic thing in the world, but privacy's not that hard to get. but i dont know ur age, so they might have a point.

I know this is probably not what you want to hear but your parents have your best interest at heart. Listen to them....they are giving you rules for a reason. Wait until you have their permission because otherwise you will have to think of ridiculous lies to sneak off with your boyfriend. Just wait until your old enough...it will be worth it.

i'm going through pretty much the same thing, except i'm not even allowed to have a boyfriend which makes it really hard for me to actually go on dates with him, so the only thing i try is double dating but in my case "i'm jus going w/ my friend" when its really w/ 3 friends...in your case i think
1. if you wanna respect your parents, talk to them WITH him, and yea

Love & respect your parents and the fact that they are just looking out for you. Things will change when you do get older, they will allow more stuff. Dont rush things!

I would keep hanging with the friend also so I could see him, I am sure after your parents see you are not playing games they will loosen up.
