What is the most innapropriate religion you can think of to base a theocracy on?

Okay maybe appropriate is not an accurate term, since no theocracy is good but you get the idea right?

Theocracy, regardless of the religion involved, is a bad, bad government system. The ensuing anthems are also awful, and I'm afraid santeria will not be the exception, apart form its rythm which would be Cuban in that case.
