She's my next door neighbor, she's a stay at home mom of 2. She's going to be watching my kids before and after school, just one day a week. She'll be at my house from 6am til 8:30am then after school from 3:45pm til 5. She'll get the kids ready and on the bus, and get them off the bus. How much would you pay her for that day?

I watch a neighbors kids from 7-9 am and then from 3-6pm. I only charge her 6 dollars an hour. I also feed them, help with homework, and make sure they get on and off the bus safely. I dont see any reason to charge more than that at all. Hope this helps.

If your neighbor is getting her kids ready, to take to your house so she can get your kids ready for school, I think thats a great lady. If someone did that for me, so I could get to work on time, I would pay her at least $10.00 for each day she did that. But I guess it would also depend on your financial situation.

I would say about $20 dollars a day with the time and effort she
will be putting into it. If the two of you are real good friends then
the two of you could work something else out in exchange like
take care of some need she may have.

If i were you I would just make a mutual agreement with her to watch her kids one night a week (so they can go on a date or something). It would be an even trade, that way you both get something out of it, and don't have to pay eachother. Ask her.

I think it's probably best to ask her what she thinks is fair. Of course it depends what you can afford too. I'd say around $30 or more if you can do it, theres a lot of hours and a lot of meals in that time, plus she has to clean and dress them, get them to school etc etc. Big responsibility

$35 Tops. that's rly only for 4 hours and you could probably get away w/ less but i would just keep in mind that the sitter is getting at your house at 6AM.
