Information technology being what it is all people have a gas build up within the limits of a subordinate well meaning partner who for no reason other than spite will often come home and kill the cat or worse let all of the water out of the bathtub whilst three homosexual priests are trying to perform an exorcism on three blind unicorns, whilst simultaneously scratching each others balls,, so there does that answer your question hope this helps..

Because its such an off the wall question that nobody thinks your serious when you ask stuff like that.
If your seriously asking why your balls itch, it could be jock itch or you have some type of STD or you got public lice or you just haven't cleaned yourself up down there properly.
