Can be extremely difficult, if not absolutely impossible. Look over your dog carefully to see if you can find some sort of tattoo, or have her/him scanned for a microchip which will give you some info to start doing your search with.

You can't unless you have registration papers on the dog. If you do not know the parents, you can't even get the basic information on the dog.

You can never be sure just by looking. Suppose the dogs mom was a purebred Husky. Suppose the dad was a Husky mix. At least some of the resulting puppies would look like a Husky, nut they would not be purebred.

That is why AKC is a closed registry, and nothing that does not have registered parents can be registered. It cuts down on the guessing!!!!!!!

Take the dog to the vet, pure bred is almost non existent anymore most breeders who don't have a real shop inbreed their dogs it happens so sometimes the dog tends to loose it's breed quality of animal.

If your not sure take the dog to a vet.

You sound like a back backyard breeder wanna be. and not an fairly vibrant one at that. there is not any telling approximately what variety of doggies you have. And via the way, "my brither sister and chum wanted a puppie" is actual certainly one of the dumbest motives I even have heard to reproduce your dogs. 25 years of being owned via Siberian Huskies. I presently have 14 (sixteen come this week) Huskies maximum of whom have been rescued via us from people who didn’t be responsive to what they have been stepping into

The vet may be able to tell, other than that your best chance is if his parents are papered - AKC - simple as that.
