Some answerers have told you that he's a loser and that you should move on. I think you're the one being stupid for letting yourself into that mess of a relationship a third time, even considering a fourth. A first breakup is painful enough. A second breakup should be a signal strong enough to call it a day and let him go for good. That you took him back a third time tells me you're the needy type...along with him.
So what's my advice? Address your issues of neediness first, leave him alone. Then and only then you'll be able to face another relationship...with another guy. Be happy with yourself.

That's a tough situation, it's hard to walk away from someone you love even if they have done you wrong repeatedly. I would make him really prove to you this time that he really wants to be with you, make him sweat it for a while and if he's really serious then he will stick around. Maybe he is serious this time or maybe he's just using you but, if he's serious he will understand he needs to prove it to you because he broke your heart 3 times. Make sure he really seems sorry for putting your though all that.

Two chances have been enough. If he wants to break up with you, it is time for you to move on. If you love him, that is great, but let him see what it is like when you are dating someone new.

that depends on the situation, did he leave you for someone else or because of a fight or what? if he left you cuz of someone else, then he will always do that, if its cuz of you two fighting then you will need to work on your arguments and talking afterwards to work things out.
you live and you learn, there is no wrong decision here, just what you feel is right... can you take another breakup with the same guy?

You don't need a boyfriend that bad do you? No you don't.
There are other boys to break up with and be broken up by so explore them for a while

well, thas a lot of chance to give a guy,move on you i probelly waisting your time with him, your souel mate might be waiting for you and that guy might be the reason why you haven't meet him yet. let it ago.
