Jesus said to watch for these things to happen--- there would be earthquakes in many places, wars in which kingdoms would be against kingdoms (now called nations) and since the beginning of World War 1 we have seen no end of war.Now even Israel, once God's chosen nation is at war.Food shortages, pestilences (AIDS and bird flu now plague us) increased lawlessness, the good news of God's Kingdom would be preached in all the inhabited earth (this preaching work is now being carried out in over 235 lands)
Yes, we are living in as Paul told Timothy at 2 Timothy 3:1-5, the last days in which perilious times are upon us.

I don't think so.

Every war or police action that has happened in the last 50 years has been the start of armageddon to the religius community. Some bible thumber starts that crap trying to scare people. Come to our church and give all your money and you will go to heaven with us. lol what a crock... About 10 years ago I was in Florida and there was nut cases holding up signs at street corners yealling the world was comming to an end. This was because we pushed Iraq out of Kuwat.

These are people in the Middle East not Gods. And if there was really a god, do you think he would have people to kill other people to get to heaven. And then there is the part of the 70 virgins. Do you really believe in that one?

You can believe as you like but it all sounds crazy to me.

It has not happened in the last hundreds of millions of years. What makes you think it is going to happen now?

Why don't we ask the Romans if Armageddon has come. Those of you who believe in Armageddon do not realize it - Jesus did not loose His battle the first time He came - there will be no battle - Jesus will return and take His followers to be with Him - I even wrote a web site about it:

John 14 v 1-4

Absolutly.

The time and hour is unknown not even the son knows it. It will come just as a theif in the night

The son (Jesus) did give a compostite sign in Matthew 24 regarding the timing of his presence as King that indictaes that we are living in the time of the end of this system, as all the things mentioned there have happened in the last centry. Never before in the history of mankind has all those things happened in one period of time. 2 Timothy 3 also gives us indications that Armagedon is near.

Just the way the world is going tells me that Satan is getting very frustrated and trying hard to take all mankind away from God.

mankind can not stop the troubles on this earth from war, famine, pesyilence, environmental damage. Unless God steps in this earth is doomed, but God has prommised that the earth will remain forever, and the upright ones will reside forever on it.

Come on Armagedon. It is as time to look forward to as mans woes will end and peace will be the order of the day fo those that remain

it could be an issue of ethical experience, as sin ought to be executed with rationale. as an occasion if a guy or woman had male genitals, physique etc and whilst they regarded in a reflect they observed a male then so a strategies as they be responsive to that's what they are, in spite of what could be hidden interior with the aid of a scientific flaw of which they be responsive to no longer something approximately. this is thoroughly distinctive to whilst that comparable guy or woman comes to a decision to pump hormones into themselves or have a physician eliminate or alter their physique areas to cause them to look a member of the different gender. additionally with in the present day's technologies we are in a position to surely confirm the authentic gender via a DNA try, which even the main sensible surgical treatment won't be able to alter. With circumstances of extra chromosomes or the place the mothers and fathers or docs would have intervened with a guy or woman whilst they have been a new child it might nonetheless come right down to the guy's ethical experience. The bIble states the regulation is written on a guy or woman's coronary heart so if this is so then their very own coronary heart will tell them what they ought to do. in the event that they experience this is sweet to be of a particular gender whilst no sparkling data shows what they are then if their ethical experience is obvious then they ought to pass with it. If on the different hand they experience guilt or concern then in keeping with possibility they ought to attend or think again until such time as they experience extra optimistic interior of themselves.

Given the world scenario, Yes! The next prophecies to fulfill right before Armagedon is 'when men begin talking about peace and security', and that governments in general will act against religion (all of them) because they see them as the cause of all wars. Right after that Armagedon is inminent. It's when Gods intervene. Don't have to believe me, but you'll always remember this comment (I swear).

December 21st, 2012, the end of the Mayan cycle. I don't know why this resonates with me so, but it does. The oddest thing about my expectation of the oncoming "armegeddon" is that I am at peace with it. As in the 91st Psalm, "a thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand, but it shall NOT COME NIGH THEE!" Blessings to all, on this eve of Art-megeddon. I used to, used to study bibles too, but the question kept returning to me: If I was GOD, a spiritual being, would I write books (or cause to be written) that tell people to kill each other?
Since I can't fathem condoning killing as a part of Spirituality, I think it's religious hype now, used to control the masses everywhere.

Yeah, I think we are kind of close... Rumors of war, weird weather, lots of the signs in the bible are coming true, and this world is in grave danger, but people are living life carelessly, and don't care what's going to happen in probably just a few decades. It's sad, and depressing for me...
