Try putting it into a shallow pan, sprinkle it with fish stock, season it (salt and pepper and maybe some lime or lemon juice and a little butter) and then cover the whole pan with tin foil and bring it up to heat in the middle of a hot oven.
Not for too long mind you or it will become dry and tough.

I would stem it. Do you have a steamer? If not place in pan and put a lid over the pan and cook on low

Put it in a skillet , with a little butter or water ( depending on your diet ) , turn the stove on medium and heat thoroughly .
