What does that have to do with Immigration??? Nowhere in your so called question do you say anything about Immigration. Unless you are saying that only Mexicans steal cars.......

I lived in Tacoma Wa. a number of years ago, when the "crips" & "bloods" were feuding over drug turf, it was a tough place to live for anyone.
My little $300.00 VW bug was repeatedly stolen by the youngsters in my building, they took it on Saturday night, and would return it late Sunday night,
I didnt mind as long as I had a way to work on Monday. This worked well for all involved until my BUG showed up with bullet holes in it, Then I put a stop to the theft of my ride by placing a piece of plywood with large nails in the seat and covering it with an old towel. This was on a Saturday evening, later that night I heard the most bloodcurdling scream from out in front of the building, I went back to sleep. The next morning, My badassed BUG was still parked in front. It was never "stolen" again.
This has nothing to do with your question, The question just reminded me of that time. People will do to you whatever you allow them to, it's up to you to decide what you are willing to put up with, and make others understand that you have limits.
