I always worry about my mom on Tuesdays, because she go to church.And she always promises me she'll come at 11. But she comes at 11:30.I tell people to pray that my mom will come. How can I stop worrying so much. I pray to God. But it takes time. Please help me .

If she always comes in at 11:30 then if it is past 11:30 then worry

She comes to church 30 minutes late all the time and you are worried?? Maybe you need some professional help. Could be real bad anxiety.

Just try to remember that church services and functions don't always end on time. If your mom is heavily involved in the church, she probably stays and talks to people afterward.

Your mother is a grown woman and can take as long as she wants. If you're so worried about her, go with her. Don't try to keep her on a leash. She is entitled to freedom.

Try not to worry about it. Just keep telling yourself that she will be there when she gets there.
