you need to see a doctor immeadiatly. You may have what is known as pinworms. They are tiny worms that crawl out of orifices to lay thier eggs at night. Thats why the itching is so bad. You also may have a number of differnt STDs. Please go to the doctor.

it could be many things.

it could be a sexually transmitted diseases (STD) such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, or syphillis. if you are experiencing any other symptoms, such as seeing any sores in your private areas, or experience any foul smelling or abnormal discharge, you will want to see your doctor. if you are a woman, you may also have a yeast infection, which can be fixed with over the counter creams or an oral medication that is available from your doctor. you know you have a yeast infection if you are itching alot in yoru private area and have a thick, white, milky discharge from your private area.

could also be a urinary tract infection, but with these, the burning and itching usually occurs when youre urinating. if you are experiencing itching during other times when you are not urinating, then you may have something else.

I would see a doctor because the symptoms could be a result of several infections that NEED to be checked out by a professional. However, I've used Dermoblast spray (it has a blue top) for similar symptoms.

Jock Itch.. lots of over the counter medication for this
If your Female Yeast infection,
could be a skin irratant (a rash)
STD.. Genital Herpies, HPV, crabs

... see a doctor

1. You could try applying ice directly to the area
2. Try applying some organic apple cider vinegar directly to the
area
3. Apply 100% coconut oil to the area affected

All of these recommendations work. You could also try using a mix of all.
