You need to take him to the vet immediately so they can get him to vomit and give him medications to counteract the poison. Bring the package with you if you have it. The longer you wait, the higher the chance the dog will bleed to death.

Depend on its content of the rat Poison, there is always an safety instruction on the rat poison purchase for a guide.
Either the dog sallow small or big portion of the poison, take the dog down to pet clinic with the rat poison guide or content /ingredient for the vet to view. They will have some medicine to resolve the poison that may occur to you dog.

give the dog Hydrogen Peroxide Solution and do it now! About 3 tablespoons to start the dog should throw up and it will be the color of the rat posion.
If this does not work take the dog to the vet right away!

Get him to an emergency vet hospital ASAP!! Contact your vet and, if it isn't open, there will be an emergency number you can call.
