Before Christ came , man lived under the Mosiac despensdation (Law of Moses) before that was the patricarticle despenstation ( Abraham ,Issac, Esau, Jacob) and so when the Christ came His sacrfice did away with the sacrfice of animals for the sins of man and that is why we worship Christ ( God's son ) who was perfect and from heaven as our intercessor to God// The sacrfice of anmials could not intercede to God but His son can/// Keep in mind that Christ left heaven and was tempted by satan ( a very powerful being) to save all who will believe and be baptized for remission of sins and live according to His word and if He had failed He would have been lost..... What a gift ---

People try to make this sound so cut and dry......as if that is what Jesus said to HIS disciples right off. Jesus PROVED who HE was in many non-scientific, unexplainable and ONLY SPIRITUAL ways. Jesus never told anyone to worship Him....He did state that noone will get to the Father but thru Him. And in many accounts stated thru the Bible and many apostle specific examples are recorded where Jesus brought forth past prophets such as Moses and Elijah into their presence. The people of 2000 years ago are no different than the people of today: it's a "show me what you got" attitude and then "maybe" I'll believe. That is why He said blessed are those that believe but cannot see. The Old Testament documentation.....the scientific and archeological evidence (history) of civilizations and rulers of Jesus time....and the documented and affirmed accounts of Jesus miracles are all that I need to believe HE is who HE is. Jesus Himself would NEVER just go up to someone and say what you are asking without first proving WHY you should worship Him. That is why He tells us to TEST THE SPIRIT of those who come in His name. I hope this is what you were aiming at. GOD BLESS !!

NO, Because Jesus did it without asking us to do anything, than to believe on Him and to repent of our sins, we did not have to promise him anything, but He suffered , bled and died anyway, how GREAT is that? and He did the hardest part, and only asked us to do the least, just like paying tithes, God only asked us to pay 10%, and we keep the 90%, and we are only asked to give a free will offering (any amt.) of our choice. Everything has increased since that time, but tithes never go up! (God is still only asking 10%) So that we can be blessed. He only asked us to lay aside One day out of seven to come before Him to Worship, and He gave us six days to do all of our labours, but we want it all, and give him none, SAD but True.

Show me one place in the Bible where Jesus said to "worship me". There are several instances of people actually worshipping him (because they recognized He was God), but you will not find a single instance of Jesus Himself saying to worship Him. So you are setting up a hypothetical "straw man" argument.

If you believe in the Bible it states that Jesus sat beside God in Heaven before he came to Earth. This he did and played out his role for 33 years on Earth before he went back to Heaven. Christianity evolved from that day forward.

Adam and Eve knew about GOD so not a chance that some one would just come and knock on the door and just say worship me

Jesus never said "worship me", he asked us to worship his father, our father, who is not a man at all, he is God. So yes I would, God has always been and always will be, and that was before Christs birth.

I'd tell him to make a ''will work for food sign'' and stand at a corner. Figure the Romans will eventually pick him up for loitering. One more nut off the streets.
