Traditionally, no, but in today's society, almost anything goes. Bottom line is that it's your wedding and if you find a dress that you absolutely LOVE and it happens to be white, go for it!

Wedding dresses use to be red!
Being a 2nd wedding you could wear a white suit or some other white dress, if that's what you want. I'm not sure I would go with an actual wedding dress. But hey, if that's what you want......
If you're looking to wear color, wear what makes you feel good & special.
About the only thing that still runs true is the veil covering the face of a 1st time bride.

The way I see it..if you want to wear white, wear white!
Regardless of being married for a second time..it shouldn't matter.. you should pick out what you want to wear, after all.. it is your big day!

Well since it is a second marriage probably not white. But now days many brides are going so far away from white as a wedding dress color its not even funny. I say try something unique and original for your second time around.

You should wear off white or Ivory. Remember this is your second marriage & it is not as specal as your first one was. And you should only wear white if you are a virgin bride!!
I never lied! I was a virgin when I got married at 28. I will only marry once. Until death do we part.

long ago, it would be frowned on if you wore white. however i think that that tradition has faded out like michael jackson. i feel that you should wear what ever color you feel comfortable in. if you want to wear white, then by all means wear white. these days wedding dresses come in all sorts of colors. i don't think that white has the purity meaning that it did so many years ago. good luck with your decision. i am sure that hwat ever you chose you will look beautiful, and congrats on finding your love.

Even first time brides are going with Color.. it was only the church that started the white dress idea to prove purity. Today it is what you want... and what looks best on you.. I found this great deep gray dress with a very low cut back...just perfect for my wedding..

I've heard that White represents the purity of the love behind the marriage. Go for it - it and you will be beautiful.
