I would assume that either side of my collar bone would be the same size. It is about the size of a quarter, but it doesnt protrude out. What are the chances of it being a calcium deposit or cancer?

Go to the doc and get it checked.
The most common form of thyroid cancer is papillary and very slow growing, but that doesn't mean people don't die from it.
There is no way to know if its a calcium deposit or cancer without a biopsy.
Please go!
