People do change, but not right away. It is normally a long process or some cataclysmic event that makes people change. What type of change were you hoping for? is it a boyfriend, family or friend?

people can change. but most do not, once a cheater always a cheater....men and women both. becareful a lot of women find themself in a bad thing because they thought they could change him or that he would change for them

Absoultly, but they have to want to change. It is very hard to force someone to change unless they are willing to do it.
