Not really. Numbness can be a sign of
blood clotting in the arteries of your feet.
It sounds not serious for now, but you
should really get checked by a doctor
soon.

EDIT:
The guy's response below is not true.
Your heart is not in your feet. Thus, if it was
too hard to pump it out of your feet because
they are lower, it would affect everything also
after your feet (they would be numb also...
legs, abdomin, chest, lungs, etc.).

o why yes it is, u see all the blood pools at ure feet making them work harder to push the blood up making them hot n fell numb at the same time
