There are so many single mothers. There are so many pregnant teens. There are so many women without a husband to provide, and so many children without a father to teach, guide, discipline, and provide. More and more boys are being raised without fathers, and following the steps of their absent fathers.

How can we bring the father back to the family?

Look at the movies that are out there for teens to watch. Where is the father in those movies. He is absent. Movies that show a strong male figure who stays with the family and works hard are far and very few in between. TV shows even are also lacking the strong father figure. Look at Two & a Half Men. You have Charlie who is not a father, or married, not a very good role model for young men. Then look at Alan his brother - he is divorced and having an affair with a very young woman, while his son and ex-wife live in another home. Name some tv shows that are on right now that show good father role models. I can't come up with one right now.

Very simpily-- we need to change the sex ed policies in schools. Right now they don't teach about birth control and only teach abstinence (which is proven not to work). Instead we need to teach responsibility and what it really means to have sex and father a kid. Plus, women need to stop giving the baby's father the option of not being involved in the life. He needs to sign the birth certificate, pay support, and be involved. She made the choice that he was worth it when she had sex, and he agreed.

WE CANNOT CONTROL THE FATHERS, WE CAN ONLY CONTROL OUR OWN LIFE.. IF THEY DECIDED TO GET OUT OF A CHILDS LIFE ITS THEIR STUPID CHOICE..
