chicken is great because i can think of a variety of ways to cook/grill it... ant its smaller so i wont end up wasting most of the meat...
ground turkey, however is a great substitute for other foods like ground beef... and i've always liked turkey sandwiches every once in a while...
so i guess it is a tie between the two.

you can do more recipes with chicken,turkey is too dry
