Anyone on Ft. Knox knows what I am talking about. I've had my share of problems with Army mechanics, but at least they are basically indentured servants like me. They stay until the job is done. Since being on Ft. Knox, I don't think I've taken a single tank to the field that doesn't have at least a full page worth of faults to go with it.

You might want to talk to your CO about this issue instead of a bunch of strangers (mostly kids) about your issue.

I'm not sure about civilian mechanics, but the civilians I work with at the hospital are completely useless. They work harder at finding a way to do nothing rather than their job. MAMC "Care with Compassion"

Civilian mechs. Hah! Durn Civil Service workers!!!! We called 'em Seagulls. They sit around on the rocks, squawk, poop and are protected by the government.
