Most digital cameras come with a disc which is usually just a case of inserting it to your disc drive on your comp then following instructions on the screen.

You should also have a USB cable which one end goes into your computer and one to your camera. The installed software should open some sort of image browser which will have a download button on it somewhere.

If that fails, go to the camera manufacturers website, most have a troubleshooting guide or faq section which will help.

you hook up the cable you got with the camera to your usb port and start your photo software, and import from camera. some computers will give you a choice automatically as soon as you plug in your camera. or easier yet, and it doesn't use up the battery in your camera, you can take the memory card out of your camera and stick in your computer if you have the appropriate slot, if not you can always buy a usb adapter. if you still have problems, please ask a new Yahoo question, give camera make/model, type of memory card, and computer system you are using. every camera has different tricks to it
