Driving to the office this morning on the I-81, I looked over to my left and there was a woman in a brand new BMW doing 85 MPH per hour with her faceup next to her rear view mirror putting on her eye liner!
I looked away for a couple seconds and when I looked back she was halfway over in my lane, still working on that makeup !!! It scared me (I'm a man) so bad, I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked the donut out of my other hand.
In all the confusion of trying to straighten out the car using my knees against the steering wheel, it knocked my cell phone away from my ear which fell into the coffee between my legs, splashed and burned 'Big Jim and the Twins', ruined the phone and
DISCONNECTED AN IMPORTANT CALL. DAMN WOMEN DRIVERS !!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the JOKE section, so get off the woman's lib high horse and enjoy the humor. Just about everything and everybody gets fun poked at them here.
And as to the question mark (?) complaint, Yahoo automatically puts it at the end of the Question entry window.

It's all relative, I suppose that particular woman has been enveloped by the subculture of speedy New York Time where activities such as putting on makeup while driving are habitual and to an extent ingrained in daily schedules. I've seen men do things just as dangerous at the wheel. In fact, I've seen my friend fall asleep while driving even after hours of sleep. In my experience the women drivers I know and have been along for a drive with are pretty excellent drivers and in many cases they are more responsible than some of my male friend drivers. Your entry is funny it's almost as if you criticize men for things just as stupid but even if this is not your intention it's still pretty dang funny.

I too have seen women drivers (and men, too) doing all sorts of dangerous, careless things while driving. But sometimes, the most dangerous things are done before we even pull out of the driveway:
True story. this was on the news. A guy's pickup truck heater had stopped working and he discovered that it was due to a blown fuse. Since it was in the winter, he wanted some heat badly. He didn't have any spare fuses in the truck, but he did have a box of 22 caliber long rifle rounds. One fit the fuse holder, and he drove on.
UNTIL... the heat of the current through the metal casing caused the round to 'cook off'...

Putting a question mark on the end of an exclamation doesn't make it a question. And women is a plural noun, not an adjective. And I find that demeaning, as there are many excellent female drivers.

Statistically, women are better drivers than men.
