I don't know of one that has it per person. Theknot.com does have a good one, but alots money per item and I have found that it alots money for things I don't necessarily need like my cake (comes with the reception hall) my dress (gift from my parents) or matchbooks (not having them). The best way is with pen and paper or an excel spreadsheet. Divide you total budget by the number of guests! For example, $20,000 budget and a 200 people equals $100 a head, but this doesn't take into consideration things like wedding dress, ceremony costs, photographer, etc.

apparently the marriage marketplace common fee is $100 in keeping with centred visitor. So when you're having 100 visitors, your funds ought to be round $10,000. for sure you need to do it for much less in case you decrease some issues out of your funds, which a lot of human beings do. My fiance and that i are having one hundred fifty visitors and we've a $8000 funds. we are reducing some issues lower back in the funds to save money as a fashion to have all our visitors come. we are reducing lower back on plant life and making use of alternative products in the centrepieces, we are having a relative with a historic past in images take our photos, we got here upon a quite-priced venue for our meal and reception, and so on. there are a determination of techniques to decrease expenses.

That's the totally wrong way to go about making a budget.

First, you figure out in total how much money you have to spend (for me, $4500). Then, you allocate that money to the differnt expense categories.

theknot.com has a budgeter you can use. It allocates percentages of your total to the different expenses.

You have to keep in mind that the type of meal and the courses also play a big factor as well. I just recently got married and it was approx.$200pp including open bar.
