ok well since noone else gave ANY suggestions lol, im 15 too! And its not so much a diet that you should consider it as cuz when you do loose the weight and go off the diet you'll gain it back, and yes you can go on diets at this age! jeez who taught you that it was "unhealthy" ok wow sorry im getting off topic, ok make sure to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits (at least 3 servings) also have 3 meals a day with 2 snacks, it doesnt matter when you eat (a common myth) but make sure you have at least 1,200 cal a day or your body will think its starving. Also take vitamins and make sure to get excersise 3-4 times a week if not more, it only has to be 20 min and you can break it up into 10 min in the morning and 10 at night. Also count your calories *muy importante!* write down everything you eat and how many calories they have ( if you dont know they have site that you can type in the food and it'll tell you) also make sure you get a lot of protein in your diet and slowly incorporate weights into your program. also start to cut out soda and sweets if you do eat them, start by picking one thing ex.soda and just focus on not having that then the next week pick another and so on. most importantly dont give up if you eat something bad and dont expect to loose it fast (you should loose about 1-2 lbs a week) hehe yeah i know, this is basically one of my hobbies lol im gonna take human nutrition at college well thats all i can think of, if you have any questions or wana know anything else feel free to email me anytime (sami.inguanzo@gmail.com) good luck!

It can be done and it can work permanently too. It will take some time before you see results so be patient. This works for me:
1. Do not diet - diets make you gain weight faster and more. Change you eating habits instead.
2. Cut portion size by 1/3 (one third).
3. Limit fast food to once every two weeks or so.
4. Replace most snacks with fruits that you like.
5. Add vegetables to each meal.
6. Choose all different colors fruits and vegetable.
7. Eat less carbs than meat or protein.
8. Increase you activity. Swim, dance, walk, run or any kind of movement except watching TV and playing on the computer.
Sometimes you can break the new habit and eat junk or be lazy - but always go back to it and I promise you it WILL work.

To begin with, while your boss's sister ended up within the clinic - that does not sound just like the outcome of a vegan vitamin. That sounds just like the outcome of both an overly restrictive or very unbalanced vitamin (which means she regularly wasn't trained finally approximately what vegan resources of calcium, iron, protein, and so forth. are). Oftentimes, smart ladies cover an consuming ailment via pretending to be vegan or vegetarian (this permits them to duck out of loved ones foods or to devour very moderately however they've an excuse to maintain from drawing awareness to them). It's very viable that this used to be the case right here. I do not believe your bloodless has so much to do with going vegetarian. If you are worried you must speak to a general practitioner or nutritionist. I have certainly not had wellness issues via being vegetarian, I've been one for over part my existence and feature efficiently served within the US Army as one, have long gone by way of a healthful being pregnant and gave beginning as a vegetarian and retain to be a healthful and lively grownup. The change is that I cook dinner plenty and I understand that there's a vegetarian or vegan choice to the whole lot - from alleviation meals to truffles. I'm additionally in med tuition and in addition getting nursing certifications even as (simply to have a task at the same time I pass by way of med tuition), and so I understand that it is viable to devour a vegan vitamin and be flawlessly healthful. I believe the hassle at stake is being trained and understanding learn how to devour a balanced vitamin. Honestly, I do not see how slicing out meat might derail any individual's vitamin except their customary vitamin used to be bad to start with - finally, men and women that devour meat must very nearly be consuming ALL the equal stuff a balanced vegetarian vitamin is product of, and consuming meat on best of it. Many, many nutrients, minerals and principal vitamins and minerals are plentiful in crops and are such a lot effortlessly absorbed from plant resources (calcium, for one).

the best thing to do at your age is to consult a doctor. because, you are too young to legally purchase diet pills because they are a possible risk for minors. DO NOT starve yourself, DO NOT make yourself vomit, you know what is not healthy. other than that, just eat healthy and do a little exercise, walking is great, a pedometer could help you to keep track of your progress. hope this helps.
