Testament is a written document that provides for the disposition of ones personal property after death; a bequest. The word "testament" occurs only two times in the NKJV (2 COR. 3:14; Heb. 9:16-17) Old testament means old covenant and the new testament means new covenant.

Leviticus means instructions from God to the levites
Exodus means the beginning and early years of Israel.
Deuteronomy means second law and the farewell speech of moses to the people of Israel before his death.

testament is either to witness or to give an account of what has been witnessed. like a testimony in court.
exodus means to go out.
leviticus is something like the law of the levites. named after them because the tribe of levi was responsible as the priesthood and laymen of sorts for the tabernacle and later the temple.
deuteronomy means a copy of this law.
