Infopotamus reminds me of the nickname we came up with for one of our Siberian Huskies - we have two huskies, both rescue dogs. One of our huskies is rather fluffy - we don't like to say that she is fat, although she weighs close to 75 lbs. She has this "snapping" noise she makes with her teeth when she is wrestling or playing with me - kind of like a crocodile snapping its teeth. She is also rather heavy, like a hippopotamus, so we combined the two terms and came up with crocopotomus as a nickname for her.

That's a common picture circulating on the internet, so I highly doubt that is that user's dog.
