it happens all the time. Don't expect the other person to change. You knoweverything about them from the start. So if you can't live with the reasons it ended the first time. Don't think it will be any different the second go around.

It depends why you broke up in the first place. I see no reason why you couldn't get back together...as long as you don't repeat the same mistakes....as I said...it does depend why you broke up and how good you both are at forgiving and forgetting.

are you joking ?! Of course they can. I've got too many friends whose relationship started to really work after some separation (and being with someone else for while). It made them realize what did they like ( or din't) about their "ex"
