how do i soften abba-zabas enough to not hurt my teeth?

Question

years ago I woulod just put the abbazaba in my pocket, but now I don't have any cloths with deep enough pockets. Microwaving give the taffy a wierd consistency and messes up the peanut butter. And it isn't sunny enough outside.
so, how do I soften the abba-zaba without having to sit on it and squash it?

I let it stay in the car for a little bit but if that doesnt work, sit on it! I know it's weird but it works! I had the same problem :)

I was going to say hold it in your hands for awhile, but I'm sure you've thought of that.
You could put in on your stove while you cook...
