Hi. Right of your umbilical area? Could be kidney stones. If you have had this pathology before or family history, see your doctor. The pain for kidney stone is sharp, high intensity, and intermittent. May produce nausea and vomits. On the other hand, appendicitis pain could begin at the umbilical area, but later in time (hours) it could disappear there, and appear (localize) by the lower right side of your abdomen. However, the pain should be not the only clinic. Nausea, vomit, lack of appetite, fever, headache, among other, could be seen (not common all of them). Other causes of abdominal pain, localized at the umbilical area could be: gastritis, parasite (A. lumbric), pancreatic disease, others. My suggestion is that if the pain lasts more than 2 hours (with more symptoms), you should go to your physician.

could be if presists see a doctor but some people have chronic
pain in the appendix but don't get it removed.
could be other things i've suffered those types of pain from time to time and never had anything come of it.
could be a slight blockage of the colon or small intestine if it worries you see a doctor.
a kidney stone moving to the bladder can cause severe
pain in back and stomach in area your talking about.
but once reaches bladder it should pass.

it could be your ovary, i know mine do that when they are ovulating, if it is 7-14 days after your period that could be it. it is possible that it is your appendix but you only need to worry if it persists. if the pain goes away after a few moments then you are fine, if it starts to hurt too much for too long then you should go to a doctor

Low iron makes center paintings more difficult given that it demands extra blood to pump given that there's much less oxygen within the blood. It can purpose bradycardia and when you've got any coronary artery disorder it might purpose angina or a pointy soreness on your chest. Since I do not understand how lengthy or extreme your anemia is I could advise you name your MD. Good good fortune to you & suppose bigger.

Does it happen when you go from sitting to standing up? Is it constant or sudden? I have sudden sharp pains of this type when I am ovulating or at the beginning of a pregnancy.

It could be your appendix. If it is it's good to catch it now before symptoms get real bad. Hopefully it's just gas! Good Luck! Here's a good website: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/appendicitis/DS00274/DSECTION=2

You are most likely ovulating. Are you due for your period in about 2 weeks?
