I am hopelessly addicted to original crunchy Cheetos. I can put away an entire bag in about 4 minutes. I just can't seem to get them in my mouth fast enough. The problem is that they're not exactly good for you. I've tried the baked ones in an effort to cut back, and they're okay, but I always break down and go back to the deep fried curls I can't live without.

I know I shouldn't keep them in the house, but I can't seem to keep them out of my cart at the grocery store. I'm like a Cheetomaniac. Sometimes I won't even make it through the store without busting the bag open for a taste. Yeah, I've got a serious problem. Any ideas?

Read the ingredients and nutrition information.Do the research on what this junk really does when it enters your system. This may make you stop eating them...Maybe they make a cheeto patch to put that poison in transdermally.

I know how that is too. I have things that I've been this way with. I was house sitting for some people once, and I found some hazelnut choc. sticks in a can, and I just couldn't stop eating them, I had to replace can after can after can! I just couldn't stop, so I totally understand. It's pretty cool when you find something like this too, because they don't come along very often!
But all good things have to come to an end! You can start by cutting back, say ok I'm not going to have them, but a couple days a week, and limit yourself. They really are bad for you and as far as health wise they're the worst, and they'll put fat on you pretty quick. But....it all comes down to limiting yourself and having some discipline....bummer huh!

If you knew exactly what was in them you would stay clear of them once and for all. Did you know that the vegetable oil used in those is ALWAYS rancid. Most of the ingredients are not fit for animal consumption let alone human.

You crave certain junk foods when your body isn't getting the full spectrum of nutrients it needs from whole foods. Once you start eating healthy and getting the vitamins and minerals your body needs, you really won't crave cheetoes as much.
